Relish have enlisted a new Operations Manager. Anthony Boyton has come to us from his last position as Restaurant Manager at Selfridges.
Anthony originally trained as a chef at Leeds Castle, before deciding to embark on a career as front of house management. Anthony moved on to Tate Catering, working his way up to become operations manager at Tate Modern. Anthony then managed a new restaurant within Selfridges, in partnership with Keri Moss, Masterchef winner. Anthony joins Relish with a genuine passion for people, food and drink, plus adding his vast and diverse experience of the visitor attraction and event catering industry to the team.
